Essential Job Requirements:

Full-time or part-time availability, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
Ability to drive to the members location
Available to work in Albany, NY
Willingness to clock in/out electronically
Have compassion, reliability, trustworthiness, and honesty

Job Responsibilities:

Provide emotional support and companionship to identified members
Active listening and conversation
Engage members in ongoing social interaction, activities, or movement
Games, puzzles, arts and crafts, reading aloud, watching TV/movies together
Spend time with the member for the duration of the shift
Alert nurses when the individual needs help or clinical intervention
Adhere to the facility's policies and standards
