Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and personable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be warm, welcoming and inviting as they are our "first Impression". The candidate will be providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires proficiency in office management and strong communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and taking messages when necessary
Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring it is welcoming and presentable
Perform data entry, filing, and clerical duties to support office operations
Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks as needed
Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in compliance with company policies
Support other administrative functions as required by the team

Experience

Previous experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly
Experience with clerical tasks such as filing, typing, and data entry
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Familiarity with dental or medical receptionist duties is a requirement
Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple responsibilities
