Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism and efficiency.
Receive and process emergency road service calls for stranded motorist.
Triage to determine if a flat bed or light service vehicle is needed.
Document call details and follow up on outstanding issues as necessary.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve customer service processes.
Process membership renewals, changes and/or upgrades.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; some college experience is a plus.
Previous experience in a customer service or call center role preferred but not required.
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Knowledge of the Capital District and surrounding areas.
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer skills and proficiency with call center software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 37.5 per week
